Faith
to my non-believing husband who will never come to church with me....
Over the years together he has grown to be the strongest spiritual man I know, even though he wouldn't say it to you. Not a "spiritual man" says he, but none the less things of the spirit are never far from our experiences together. Gracefully I have guided him to see that the universe does conspire on our behalf, and that "Faith" is not exclusive to Christian Church Goers, Bible Thumpers and Jesus Freaks...
The fundamentals of Faith are simple and are for all people:
"We believe and have faith that the principles we choose to live by will have postive results in our lives"
"We believe and have Faith that Karma takes care of those that do us harm"
"We have Faith that there is a reason why we are here on Earth in this experience and that there is always a silver lining in everything, if only we but choose to look for it"
"We believe and have Faith that we will have all that we need for today, the rest will take care of itself"
"We believe and have Faith that if we keep an open mind and a gracious heart that all things are possible, even when it doesn't look like it, we just simple have to believe it!"
Whatever your beliefs or traditions. Faith is the promise of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen.
